As remote workers, they take extra precautions to secure their workspaces and technology, including using password-protected devices, regularly updating security software, and accessing data only through secure, encrypted networks.

    All admins also sign comprehensive confidentiality agreements, which include provisions for safeguarding both business and client information, with regular training to stay up to date on the latest privacy practices and data protection regulations.

  • Our admins set their own schedules, and will collaborate with you to make sure your unique needs are met.

  • On-call service is ideal for times when you need temporary office coverage, such as during vacations, conferences, or extended illnesses. It's a convenient solution for short-term absences.

  • If you're on an hourly package, your monthly hours do not roll over. However, if you have a project-based package, your hours will roll over.

  • Phone answering services could potentially be available depending on the admin you work with.

  • No! You are not required to purchase a minimum amount of hours.
